let us stop being bitter and angry
stop and respect and take joy in the fact that regardless of your personal preference,  your views, and the outcome that never has this country and its people pulled together like this in most of our lifetimes.
it doesn't matter who you voted for.
it doesn't matter who won.
what matters is the fact that for a lot of people on both sides of the aisle, they were motivated to push, to change, to be active and to actively pursue this process.
to actively pursue democracy.
and not just pursue it but play a part in it, have a hand in it and make things happen in it.
why is it so hard for so many to notice this? to be inspired by it? to be PROUD of it?
especially in my generation?
don't be sore losers.
because yes, God still is in control. and God has had a hand in this, and if it was meant to be different it would have been. this is not the devil at work, this is not some kind of personal spiritual struggle or crisis. this is bigger than that. it is bigger than you and your reservations and your silly ignorance and greed with your own money. and while you're at it look up true socialism.
study up.
and we need to stop being so selfish to think that this, as christians, is all about us.
this man will do great things.  both of them i'm sure are capable of doing great things, but the closest thing we've ever seen to true democracy has occurred and we raised our voices and God still has control of the greater of the two.
tradition and change both have their places in the world. change takes tradition where it cannot go and tradition keeps change to the ground, humbles it.
but its all about balance and we've been pretty unbalanced for a while.

so stop your mumbling and buzzing and bitching and moaning.
it's not a conspiracy, it's a landslide. and your bitterness and displeasure and hate and ignorance is not going to reverse anything. it will only hinder you, especially in the times ahead when we all need to put our differences aside and work towards this common goal of stable goodness.
remember LOVE and rejoice and praise God in the fact that you will be working towards something bigger than yourself.

i am going to hide out for a while now i think.
i am struggling and i am struggling to stay put, stay sane and stay balanced, keeping my thoughts and emotions in check.
time to go.
